Choosing different markets when creating canvas products

When creating a canvas product in Printumo, you'll need to choose your delivery markets at the start of the setup process. This choice affects both the available sizes and framing options and unfortunately, it cannot be changed later for that product.

Two market options

You’ll be asked to choose between:

Option 1: Europe & United Kingdom only

This option gives you a much wider size range, but limits delivery to Europe and the UK.

Key details:

• 49 different sizes
• Available in: Europe and United Kingdom only
• Framing options:
  • No frame
  • Black frame
  • White frame
  • Oak frame (exclusive to this setup)
• Ideal for artists and brands focusing primarily on the European market

Option 2: Europe + United Kingdom + United States + Canada + Australia

This is the broadest delivery region with international coverage.

Key details:

• 17 different sizes
• Available in: Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia
• Framing options:
  • No frame
  • Black frame
  • White frame
• Oak frames are not available with this option
• Ideal for stores targeting a global audience with a simple size range

Important notes

• Once you’ve created a product with one of these market options, you can’t switch it later.
• If you want to offer both options, you’ll need to create two separate products: one for each market configuration.
• Product prices and shipping rates also vary slightly depending on the region.
