How to Use Premium Branding on Printumo

Premium Branding lets you customize how your orders are presented when they arrive at your customer’s doorstep. You can now:

• Add a custom thank-you or promotional card inside the package
• Upload a branded sticker that appears on the outside of your shipment

This feature is completely optional. If you don’t upload any branding, we’ll continue to ship your orders white-labeled, with no logos, no Printumo name, and no default inserts.

Where to Find the Branding Feature

To use Premium Branding:

1. Log in to your Printumo account
2. Navigate to the Branding section in your dashboard
3. Upload your insert card and/or packaging sticker designs
4. That’s it! We'll take care of the rest for every eligible order

Branded Packaging Sticker

This sticker is placed on the outside of the package, giving your customers their first glimpse of your brand when they receive their order.

Dimensions:

• 5.5 x 7.5 inches (approx. 14 x 19 cm)
• 1650 x 2250 pixels
• 300 DPI resolution

Availability:

• Available for all canvas orders in the EU and UK

Card Insert Inside the Package

This is your opportunity to leave a personal note, add a thank-you message, or include a story behind the artwork.

Customers love the thoughtful touch of a branded insert — it feels boutique, not mass-produced.

Dimensions:

• 5.5 x 8 inches (approx. 14 x 20 cm)
• 1650 x 2400 pixels
• Includes a 0.5 cm white border around the image
• 300 DPI resolution

Availability:

• Available for all canvas orders in the EU and UK

How to Prepare Your Files

Make sure your design looks perfect by following these tips:

File Requirements:

• Size must match the exact dimensions listed
• Save at 300 DPI for high print quality
• Avoid placing important text near edges (to account for borders and trimming)

Can I Change My Branding Later?

Yes! You can re-upload or update your card and sticker designs at any time through the Branding section of your Printumo dashboard.

So whether you’re launching a new seasonal campaign or simply refreshing your branding, you’re in full control.

What Happens If I Don’t Upload Anything? ❔

No worries — if you don’t add branding assets, we’ll automatically ship your canvas orders in neutral, white-labeled packaging.

That means:

• No Printumo branding
• No inserts or logos
• Clean, professional delivery under your store’s name

You can use Premium Branding whenever you're ready.
