You can now view and edit the shipping rates your customers see at Shopify checkout directly from Printumo, for every product size you sell. There is no need to touch your Shopify admin: any change you make here is pushed to your Shopify delivery profiles automatically.
Step 1: Open the shipping rates editor
Log in to your Printumo account and go to your Shopify store settings.
Scroll down to the "Shipping rates" section.
If you do not see any rates yet, that is normal: they appear here once you have products set up. If the section says "Your shipping rates will appear here once you have products set up", create a product first and come back.
Step 2: Find the size you want to edit
Rates are grouped to make them easy to find:
Open the product type you want, either "Canvas products" or "Paper products".
Click a size tier (for example Small, Medium or Large) to expand it.
Inside, you will see each shipping destination (such as Europe, United States or Australia) with its current rates.
Step 3: Edit a rate
Each destination has two amounts you can change:
First item: what the customer pays to ship the first item in the order.
Each extra item: what is added for every additional item in the same order.
Type your new amount into the box. Amounts are shown in your store's currency, so what you type is exactly what your customer sees. You can set any value, including 0 for free shipping. Leaving a box blank clears your custom rate and returns that destination to Printumo's default.
Step 4: Save your changes
As soon as you change a value, a "Save changes" button appears at the top of that size tier.
Click "Save changes" to save the rates for that size.
Offering free shipping to everyone
To make shipping free across the board, use the "Offer free shipping" box at the top of the section:
Click "Make all shipping free".
Confirm when asked. This sets every rate to zero, saves right away, and updates your Shopify store.
Resetting to Printumo's defaults
Changed your mind about your custom rates? Click "Reset to defaults" at the bottom of the section and confirm. This removes the custom rates you entered and puts every rate back to Printumo's default. Like the other bulk actions, it saves right away and updates your Shopify store.
What happens on Shopify
After you save, Printumo updates your Shopify delivery profiles for you. A few things are worth knowing:
Published sizes update in the background, so it can take a few minutes for the new rates to show at checkout.
Sizes that are not published yet will simply use your new rates once they go live, so you can set them up in advance.
If you later edit these rates inside your Shopify admin, a future sync from Printumo can overwrite them, so it is best to manage them here.
