You can order any print for yourself at cost price. You pay only the product cost and the shipping, with no retail markup, and you do not need a connected store. It is the same print quality and the same unbranded packaging your customers get.
Why order for yourself?
Order a sample to check the quality and colours before you launch a product.
Stock up for an art fair, a gallery or a pop-up shop.
Fulfil a wholesale order or a sale you made outside your online store.
Send a gift to a client, a collaborator or a friend.
Step 1: Start a new order
In the left menu, click "Products".
Click "Place an order".
To order a product you already have, click "Create order" on that product instead. New accounts can also click "Order sample" on the dashboard.
Step 2: Choose where the order will ship
Choose the destination country first. Prices and the sizes on offer depend on where the print is made, and that depends on where it is going.
Step 3: Choose your print
Pick the print type, canvas or fine art paper.
Upload your artwork, or use artwork you have already uploaded.
Choose the size and the frame, and add the print to your cart.
When you order one of your own products, you can choose any size and frame we make, not only the ones you sell. Your live listing does not change.
Step 4: Check out
Check your cart. It shows the product cost, the shipping and any discount. Add more prints or change the quantities if you need to.
Enter the delivery address. You can send the order to yourself or to anyone else, in any country we ship to.
Pay on the order page, with a saved card or a new one.
Production starts as soon as the order is paid. You get tracking by email when it ships, and an invoice for your bookkeeping, just like any other order.
30% off your first order
New accounts get 30% off their first order for a short time after signing up. The discount is added automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter. Your dashboard shows how long the offer lasts.
Ordering the same prints again
Click "Orders" in the left menu and open the order you want to repeat.
Click "Duplicate order".
Check the items and the address, then pay for the new order.
Common questions
Can I send the print straight to my own customer?
Yes. Enter your customer's address at checkout. The parcel has no Printumo branding, so it looks like it comes from you.
Is it cheaper if I order several prints?
The product cost is the same for one print or fifty. Shipping gets cheaper per print: the first item pays the full shipping rate, and each extra item that ships with it pays a lower rate. Several unframed rolled paper prints travel in one tube, so extra prints often add nothing to the shipping.
Does ordering for myself affect my store?
No. Nothing is added to or changed in your connected store.
