How does the payment process work?
Here is how payments work when using Printumo, whether you are ordering through your connected store or directly via Printumo.
When your store is connected to Printumo
- Customer places an order on your store
- When a customer orders a print on your website, the order is automatically sent to Printumo through the integration.
- Payment link is generated
- You will see the order in your Printumo dashboard along with a payment link for the production and shipping costs.
- Order starts after payment
- Once you have paid, Printumo will begin production and arrange shipping directly to your customer.
When ordering directly via Printumo
If you do not have a connected store:
- Upload your artwork to Printumo
- Choose your product, upload your file, and set it up for print.
- Receive payment link
- You will receive a payment link for the production and shipping costs.
- Order starts after payment
- After payment is completed, your order is sent to production and then shipped.
Saving your card details
For faster ordering:
- You can save your card information in Printumo, so you don’t have to enter it manually each time you place an order.
