As a store owner using Printumo, you are responsible for setting your own store policies.

Key recommendations

  • Returns & refunds
    • Printumo does not accept returns since products are custom-made.
    • You can choose to follow the same policy or offer returns at your own cost.
  • Shipping times
    • Clearly state production and shipping times to manage customer expectations.
    • Example: “Production time: 1–2 business days. Shipping: 2–7 business days depending on destination.”
  • Damaged or defective items
    • Inform customers that damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded.
    • Contact Printumo with photos within 30 days for replacements.
  • Cancellations
    • Printumo orders begin production shortly after payment, so cancellations are often not possible once an order is paid.
