How will Printumo charge me?

When a customer places an order through your connected sales channel (like Shopify), the order is automatically forwarded to Printumo based on your order settings. Once confirmed, Printumo charges you for the production cost and shipping of the product.

You are only charged when an order is placed — there are no setup fees, no subscription costs, and no monthly charges.

What is charged?

For each order, Printumo will charge ONE full price included:

  • The product base price
  • The printing cost
  • The shipping fee (based on destination and item size)
  • Any applicable taxes (such as VAT, where relevant)

You can view all pricing details in the Printumo product catalog. Please note that prices may vary by size, material, and product variant.

What payment methods can I use?

Printumo accepts:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)

You can add or update your payment method from your Account Settings.

In what order are funds used?

If you have a Printumo balance (e.g. from refunds or credits), those funds will be used first. If the balance doesn’t cover the full cost of an order, the remaining amount will be charged to your saved payment method.

Does Printumo take money from my store?

No. Printumo cannot and does not access funds from your sales channel. This means two separate transactions occur:

  1. Your customer pays you (via your store checkout)
  2. You pay Printumo for production and shipping

The difference between what your customer pays and what Printumo charges you is your profit.

What about taxes?

Depending on your location and the destination of the shipment, VAT or other taxes may be added to your order.

If you have a valid VAT number, you can enter it in your billing settings to ensure correct tax handling.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Every order generates a downloadable invoice, which you can access anytime under your Orders page in your Printumo account.
