Printumo and order tracking
Once an order has been placed on Printumo, the fulfillment will begin and you’ll be able to track the progress of the order.
When the order is first placed, the status will show “Printing Scheduled”. This indicates that the order has been received and is in the queue to be printed.
Once the order has been printed and is ready to be sent out, the status will change to “Shipped”. This means your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to the customer.
How to find the tracking information
When the order status changes to “Shipped”, Printumo will send you an email with all the details. This email includes a tracking link to track the order’s progress.
You can also easily access the tracking information from your order page in Shopify. Simply:
• Go to the order page for the specific order.
• Look for the tracking link in the order details.
