What if an order is late?
We know how important fast delivery is for you and your customers. Here’s how the Printumo order process works and what to do if an order is delayed.
How the order process works

Order placed (Printing scheduled)
Once you place an order and it shows “Printing scheduled”, it means:
- The printer has received the order.
- Printing usually starts within 1–2 business days.

Printed and packed
After printing is complete, the product is carefully packed.

Shipped
When the shipping label is created and the package is handed to the carrier:
- The order status changes to “Shipped”.
- A tracking link is generated so you and your customer can follow its journey.
What to do if an order is late
If an order is delayed or seems to be stuck in delivery:
- Please contact Printumo as soon as possible.
- Our team will investigate the issue with the print partner or shipping carrier to resolve it quickly.
