What if you receive a damaged print?

At Printumo, we custom-make each product after an order is placed. While we maintain high quality standards, occasionally issues may arise during shipping or production.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we're here to help. We offer:

  • Free replacement print
  • Full refund

How to report damage

To process a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo showing the issue with the product
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging

Once we review your case, we'll promptly arrange for a reprint or process your refund.

When refunds or reprints are not available

We cannot provide refunds or replacements in these situations:

  • Incorrect size, color, or artwork selection during ordering
  • Change of mind after receiving the item
  • Print placement that falls within normal production tolerances

Information for store owners

As a print-on-demand service, Printumo does not accept physical returns of fulfilled orders. However, store owners can:

  • Set their own return policies
  • Choose whether to accept returns from their customers
  • Create policies that align with their business needs

Note: Your customers are not aware that Printumo produces your orders, giving you flexibility in managing your store's return policy.
