What is your return policy and quality guarantee?
Custom-made products
All Printumo products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced only after a customer places an order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cases where a customer changes their mind or ordered the wrong size, color, or artwork.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the print
- A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
- Printumo Order ID
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Cases not eligible for return or refund
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
- The wrong size, color, or design was ordered
- The customer changes their mind after delivery
- The print placement or slight variations fall within standard production tolerances
Store owner policy
As a store owner, you are responsible for setting your own return policy for your customers. Printumo does not handle customer service or returns on your behalf.
Since your customers don’t see that their order is produced by Printumo, you have full flexibility to:
- Adopt Printumo’s no-return policy, or
- Offer returns/refunds based on your own customer service preferences
Make sure your policy is clearly communicated on your store.
Quality guarantee
We work with professional print labs and use high-quality materials selected specifically for wall art.
Every order goes through a quality control process, but if something still goes wrong, we will make it right.
