Here is a step-by-step overview of what happens after an order is placed, whether through your connected store or directly on Printumo.
If you have a connected store (e.g. Shopify)
Customer places an order on your store
As soon as a customer buys a product on your website, the order is automatically sent to Printumo through the integration.
Order appears in your Printumo dashboard
You will see the order with a payment link for the production and shipping costs.
You pay for the order
Once you complete the payment, the production process starts.
Printing and production
The print partner begins producing the order. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
Shipping
After production, the order is packed and shipped directly to your customer.
You will receive a tracking link to monitor delivery.
If you place an order directly on Printumo
Create your product and place an order
Upload your artwork, choose your product options, and place the order directly through Printumo.
Receive payment link
A payment link for the production and shipping costs is generated in your dashboard.
Order starts after payment
Once paid, the production process begins and the product is shipped to your chosen delivery address.

For connected stores, your customer pays you on your website, and you pay Printumo for production and shipping.
