How Printumo handles Wix orders

Learn how Wix orders are imported into Printumo and how fulfillment + tracking are sent back to Wix automatically.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

When a customer buys a product on your Wix store, Printumo can automatically import the order, produce it, and send fulfillment + tracking back to Wix.

How the Wix order flow works

1) Customer places an order on Wix

The order is created in Wix and contains:

  • The products and variants the customer bought

  • Shipping address + contact details

  • Quantity

2) Wix sends the order to Printumo (import)

Wix notifies Printumo via webhooks, and we import the order into your Printumo dashboard.

Important: Printumo can only fulfill Wix orders correctly when the products/variants in the order can be matched to products created in Printumo (the ones you added to Wix from Printumo).

3) You’ll see the order in Printumo

Once imported, the order appears under Orders in Printumo.

4) Printumo produces and ships the order

After the order is processed in Printumo, we print and ship it from the appropriate production facility.

5) Printumo sends fulfillment + tracking back to Wix

When the order ships, Printumo creates (or updates) a Wix fulfillment and sends:

  • Tracking number

  • Shipping provider/carrier

  • Tracking link

Wix can then show the fulfillment status and tracking to your customer.
