How to integrate Printumo with Woocommerce / Wordpress

Learn how to connect your WooCommerce store to Printumo in 4 easy steps. This guide walks you through downloading the plugin, installing it on WordPress, configuring the required settings, and completing the connection.

Connect your WooCommerce store to Printumo in just 4 simple steps.

Step 1: Download the Plugin

  1. Go to the Stores tab and then WooCommerce settings page in Printumo

  2. Click the "Download Plugin" button

  3. Save the printumo-woocommerce.zip file to your computer

Step 2: Upload to WordPress

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel

  2. Go to Plugins β†’ Add New

  3. Click Upload Plugin at the top

  4. Click Choose File and select the printumo-woocommerce.zip file you just downloaded

  5. Click Install Now

Step 3: Configure Permalinks

⚠️ Important: This step is required for the connection to work properly.

  1. In your WordPress admin panel, go to Settings β†’ Permalinks

  2. Select "Post name" as your permalink structure

  3. Click Save Changes

If permalinks are set to "Plain", the Printumo connection will fail.

Step 4: Activate and Connect

  1. After installation, click Activate Plugin

  2. Go to Printumo in your WordPress sidebar

  3. Click Connect

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection with your Printumo account

What Happens Next?

Once connected, Printumo will:

  • Create shipping classes for your WooCommerce store

  • You can now sync your products to WooCommerce

  • Process orders automatically

You can customize shipping rates in your WooCommerce settings at any time.
