What if a product is damaged?

Refunds and Returns

Printumo is a print-on-demand platform, which means every product is custom-made and produced only after an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cases where a customer simply changes their mind.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us on [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging

  • Printumo Order ID

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

When Are Refunds or Reprints Not Available?

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The wrong size, color, or design was ordered

  • The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item

  • The print placement is within our normal production tolerances

Please double-check all order details before confirming a purchase.

Return Policy Guidelines for Store Owners

Printumo does not have a return address and does not accept returns for fulfilled orders.

However, as a store owner, you can choose how to handle returns with your customers. Since customers don’t see that their products are made by Printumo, you have full flexibility to:

  • Follow Printumo’s no-return policy, or

  • Set your own return policy that suits your brand and customer service standards

Just make sure your return policy is clearly communicated on your store to avoid confusion or disputes.
