Refunds and returns

Printumo is a print-on-demand platform, meaning that all products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cases where a customer changes their mind about a purchase.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us on [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging

  • Printumo Order ID

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Cases where refunds or reprints are not available

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • The wrong size, color, or artwork was ordered.

  • The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item.

  • The print placement falls within normal production tolerances.

Return policy guidelines for store owners

As a print-on-demand provider, Printumo does not have a return address or accept returns for fulfilled orders. However, as a store owner, you can set your own return policy. Your customers are unaware that Printumo produces your orders, so you have the flexibility to decide whether to accept returns. You may follow Printumo’s policy of not accepting returns or create a policy that fits your store’s needs.
