Learn how Printumo ships: which countries we reach for each product, how to get the full shipping price list, what a multi-print order costs, and when customs applies.
Printumo's global shipping network
We print and ship from a network of production facilities around the world, so every order is produced as close to your customer as possible. This reduces delivery times, lowers shipping costs, and keeps customs paperwork to a minimum for both you and your buyers.
Canvas prints and fine art paper prints are made by different production partners in different places. For the full list of facilities, and for the rules about which one your order goes to, see "Where is my order printed and shipped from?". That article is the one to trust if you need to know where a specific product will be made.

Fine art paper prints reach 9 countries that canvas prints do not: Andorra, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino and Slovakia.
This matters for your storefront. If your shop's market is a country we do not ship a given product to, your platform has no shipping rate to quote and will show that product as sold out or unavailable, even though the stock level looks correct in your admin. Products of the other print type in the same shop will keep working normally. If you see this, check the list above for that product type before troubleshooting anything else, and then read "Why does my product show as sold out?".
We are always expanding our production network, so these lists grow over time.
Download the full shipping price list
You do not have to read the rates off the screen one at a time. Every shipping rate can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.
Open our shipping page, or open the shipping tab on any product page.
Choose the print type, the framing option and the currency you want.
Click "Download CSV".
The file covers every destination we ship to, not just the one on screen. Each row gives the aspect ratio, the size, the destination, the shipping area, the price for the first item and the price for each additional item.
Five currencies are available: EUR, USD, GBP, CAD and AUD. Pick the currency before you download, because the file is generated in whichever currency is selected at the time.
How shipping is charged when an order has several prints
Shipping is not simply multiplied by the number of items.
Items that travel together are grouped, the first item in a group pays the full shipping rate, and every further item in that group pays the lower additional-item rate. That is the second price column in the downloaded file.
Items made at different facilities cannot travel together, so they are grouped and charged separately. This is why an order containing a canvas and a paper print costs more to ship than two paper prints.
Unframed rolled paper prints are the best case. Several roll into one tube, and on those sizes the extra prints often add nothing at all to the shipping cost.
Note that the pricing screen you see when creating a product always shows the single-item rate. A real multi-item order will usually cost less to ship than that screen suggests.
Local shipping in the UK
We produce and ship canvas prints locally within the UK, which avoids customs fees and delays for your UK customers.
Fine art paper prints for the UK are produced locally for part of our range. Framed prints with a mount, and some frame colours, are still made in Denmark and shipped across. See "Where is my order printed and shipped from?" for the exact rule.
Shipping prices and delivery times
Delivery times depend on factors such as:
Production and delivery locations
Order size and dimensions
Production capacity
Shipping method
For accurate delivery estimates, check the estimated delivery dates during order placement.
Customs information
In most cases, orders produced and shipped locally within the same country do not incur customs fees. However, international shipments may be subject to customs duties based on local regulations.
One case surprises sellers regularly. Framed and mounted fine art paper prints for Canada are produced in the United States, not in Canada, so those orders cross a border and your customer may be charged import duty. Unframed paper and canvas prints for Canada are not affected in the same way.
By using our global production network, Printumo aims to produce and ship orders as locally as possible, helping reduce customs delays and providing a faster, more reliable shipping experience.
