This guide shows you how to connect Wix to Printumo and add your first product to Wix.
Prerequisites
✅ A Wix site with Wix Stores enabled
✅ The Printumo app installed on Wix (you’ll do this during connection)
✅ At least one finished product in Printumo that shows the Active badge in Products
Step 1: Connect your Wix store to Printumo
In Printumo, go to Stores
Choose Wix
Click the button to connect/install Printumo on Wix
Follow the Wix prompts and allow the requested permissions
When you’re redirected back to Printumo, you should see that Wix is connected
Trouble connecting? On the Wix connection page you can also connect manually using your Instance ID.
Step 2: Add a product to Wix
In Printumo, go to Products
Find the product you want to publish to Wix
Click “Add to Wix”. You’ll also find this button on the product’s own page, and on the Next Steps for Your Product screen shown right after you finish a product.
Wait a moment while we create the product and sync the details
You’ll see a confirmation in Printumo when the product has been created.
Once a product is on Wix, the “Add to Wix” button goes away. The product’s page in Printumo shows a Wix card marked Live instead, and clicking it opens the product in your Wix dashboard.
What gets created in Wix
When you click Add to Wix, Printumo creates the product in Wix and starts syncing:
Product title (from Printumo)
Variants (sizes and options)
SKUs (for order tracking)
Product images/mockups (added shortly after product creation)
Products you imported from Wix
A product you brought in from Wix (imported) is already on Wix, so it never shows an “Add to Wix” button. When you finish it in Printumo, Printumo updates that same Wix listing with the print sizes and prices from Printumo, rather than creating a new listing.
If you want to keep your existing Wix listing as it is, create a new product from your artwork instead and add that to Wix.
Where to find the product in Wix
In Wix, go to Store Products (Wix Stores) and open your product list.
If you don’t see it in your storefront right away, check the product’s visibility / publish settings in Wix.
