Adding products to Wix

This guide shows you how to connect Wix to Printumo and add your first product to Wix.

Prerequisites

  • ✅ A Wix site with Wix Stores enabled

  • ✅ The Printumo app installed on Wix (you’ll do this during connection)

  • ✅ At least one approved product in Printumo (status: Accepted)

Step 1: Connect your Wix store to Printumo

  1. In Printumo, go to Stores

  2. Choose Wix

  3. Click the button to connect/install Printumo on Wix

  4. Follow the Wix prompts and allow the requested permissions

  5. When you’re redirected back to Printumo, you should see that Wix is connected

Trouble connecting? On the Wix connection page you can also connect manually using your Instance ID.

Step 2: Add a product to Wix

  1. In Printumo, go to Products

  2. Find the product you want to publish to Wix

  3. Click “Add to Wix”

  4. Wait a moment while we create the product and sync the details

You’ll see a confirmation in Printumo when the product has been created.

What gets created in Wix

When you click Add to Wix, Printumo creates the product in Wix and starts syncing:

  • Product title (from Printumo)

  • Variants (sizes and options)

  • SKUs (for order tracking)

  • Product images/mockups (added shortly after product creation)

Where to find the product in Wix

In Wix, go to Store Products (Wix Stores) and open your product list.

If you don’t see it in your storefront right away, check the product’s visibility / publish settings in Wix.
