This guide explains how to set up shipping for your Printumo products in your Wix store. Proper shipping setup ensures your customers see accurate shipping costs and delivery times at checkout.
β οΈ Please note: Unfortunately, Wix doesn't allow us to automatically set up shipping profiles for you. This means you'll need to manually configure your shipping settings in your Wix dashboard following the steps below.
Step 1: Create Delivery Profiles
Delivery profiles help you organize products with similar shipping requirements. This makes it easier to assign appropriate shipping rates based on product type.
In your Wix Dashboard, Go to Settings β Shipping & Fulfillment.
Click Create New Profile.
Name your profile based on product type. For example, Canvas, Posters
Assign products to the profile
Step 2 Set Up Shipping Regions in Wix
Shipping regions allow you to define different shipping rates for different geographical areas. This ensures your customers only pay what it actually costs to ship to their location.
Go to Settings β Shipping & Fulfillment.
Click on the profile and click Create Region.
Define your shipping regions based on where you want to ship. Common regions include:
United States
Europe

What Happens Next?
Once you've completed the shipping setup:
Your customers will see the correct shipping costs at checkout based on their location.
Shipping costs will be transparent and consistent with no surprises.
When orders come in, Printumo will automatically fulfill them and handle the shipping to your customers.
