Importing your existing Etsy listings into Printumo

Import listings you already have in Etsy and turn them into Printumo print-on-demand products.

Already selling on Etsy? Instead of building each design from scratch in Printumo, you can import your existing Etsy listings and turn them into Printumo products. This keeps your original listing's title, description, and images intact, so you do not lose any of the work you have already done.

Step 1: Open the Etsy import page

You will need a connected Etsy shop. There are two ways to open the Etsy import page:

  1. From the Products page, click "Import from Etsy" in the Etsy import banner.

  2. From your Etsy store settings, find the "Import products from Etsy" section and click "Import from Etsy."

Step 2: Find the listings you want

Listings you have already imported into Printumo will not appear here, so you never import the same listing twice.

  1. Browse the list of your existing Etsy listings.

  2. Use the search box to find a listing by title.

Step 3: Select your listings

  1. Click "Select" on each listing you want to import. You can pick as many as you like.

  2. To grab everything at once, use the "Select all" checkbox in the bar at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Import

  1. Click "Import selected."

  2. Your chosen listings are imported into Printumo as drafts, bringing across the listing image and title.

Step 5: Finish setting up each draft

Imported listings land in your Products list with a "Draft" badge. To make one live:

  1. Open the draft and choose your print type (canvas or paper).

  2. Upload your design, then pick the sizes, framing, and pricing you want to offer.

  3. Finalise the product.

What happens on Etsy

When you set up an imported product, Printumo overwrites that listing's variants, sizes, and pricing on Etsy to match your Printumo product. Your original listing's title, description, and images stay exactly as they were.
