This guide explains how to set up shipping for your Printumo products in your Squarespace store. Proper shipping setup ensures your customers see accurate shipping costs at checkout.
⚠️ Please note: Squarespace doesn't allow us to set up shipping rates for you automatically. This means you'll need to configure your shipping settings manually in your Squarespace dashboard following the steps below.
Step 1: Open your shipping settings
In your Squarespace dashboard, go to Commerce → Shipping
Here you can see and manage the shipping options your customers are offered at checkout
Step 2: Create shipping options for your regions
Shipping options let you charge different rates for different geographical areas, so your customers only pay what it actually costs to ship to their location.
Click to add a shipping option (a flat rate option works well for prints)
Choose the countries or regions the option applies to. Common regions include:
United States
Europe
United Kingdom
💡 Tip: Check Printumo's shipping prices to see the exact shipping costs for each geographical area and product type, and set your rates to match.
What Happens Next?
Once you've completed the shipping setup:
Your customers will see the correct shipping costs at checkout based on their location.
Shipping costs will be transparent and consistent with no surprises.
When orders come in, Printumo will automatically fulfil them and handle the shipping to your customers.
