Importing your existing Squarespace products into Printumo

Already have products in your Squarespace store that you would like to sell as print-on-demand? Instead of building each one from scratch in Printumo, you can import your existing Squarespace products and turn them into Printumo products. Your original product stays in place on Squarespace, with the same product and URL, so you do not lose any of the work you have already done.

Step 1: Open the Squarespace import page

You will need a connected Squarespace store.

1. In Printumo, go to Stores and open your Squarespace store settings.
2. Find the "Import products" section and click "Import from Squarespace."

Step 2: Find the products you want

Products you have already imported into Printumo will not appear here, so you never import the same product twice.

1. Browse the list of your existing Squarespace products.
2. Use the search box to find a product by title.

Step 3: Select your products

1. Click "Select" on each product you want to import. You can pick as many as you like.
2. To grab everything at once, use the "Select all" checkbox in the bar at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Import

1. Click "Import selected."
2. Your chosen products are imported into Printumo as drafts, bringing across the product image and title.

Step 5: Finish setting up each draft

Imported products land in your Products list with a "Draft" badge. To make one live:

1. Open the draft and choose your print type (canvas or paper).
2. Upload your design, then pick the sizes, framing, and pricing you want to offer.
3. Finalise the product.

What happens on Squarespace

When you finish setting up an imported product, it gets linked to your original Squarespace listing. The listing keeps the same product and URL, and Printumo pushes your title, description, and pricing updates back to Squarespace. From that point on, orders for the product sync to Printumo automatically.
