How do I contact Printumo support?

Every way to reach the Printumo support team: our email address [email protected], live chat, the contact form, and the claims form for damaged prints.

We are happy to help with anything from setting up your account to chasing an order. There are four ways to reach us, and they all land with the same support team.

Email us at [email protected]

Our support email address is [email protected]. This is the only email address we use for support, so please do not send anything to other addresses.

Chat with us

The quickest option is the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any page on printumo.com or on this Help Center. If you are reading this after starting a chat, you are already in the right place: just type your question in the same window.

Our AI agent answers first and can solve most questions straight away. If you would rather speak to a person, simply ask for the team or type "human", and we will take over.

Send us a message from the website

You can also use the contact form at printumo.com/contact-us. Fill in your name, email and message, click "Send", and your message goes to the same support inbox. It is the same form you land on from the "Send Mail" card on our support page at printumo.com/user-support.

Report a damaged or faulty print

If a print arrives damaged, defective or not as expected, please do not use the ordinary contact routes. Submit a claim instead at printumo.com/user-support/claims and click "Create a claim". The claim form asks for the details and photos we need to arrange a reprint or refund, which saves a round of back and forth.

Claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to get help faster

Whichever route you choose, it helps enormously if you include:

  1. Your Printumo order number, if the question is about a specific order.

  2. The store or shop involved (for example your Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace store, or your Printumo Shop).

  3. A screenshot of anything that looks wrong, or photos of the print if it arrived damaged.

Please note that we do not offer phone support. Everything runs through chat, email and the forms above, so there is always a written record of your case.
