With Printumo+ you can download a sharper, larger copy of your artwork, made by our AI Upscaler. It is yours to keep and use wherever you like: in another shop, for prints you order somewhere else, or simply as a better version of your own file.
Step 1: Open your product
Click "Products" in the menu on the left.
Click the product whose artwork you want to upscale.
Find the "What gets printed" section. The upscale button sits under your artwork.
Step 2: Click "Upscale image"
Click "Upscale image".
You will see "We are upscaling your image. It takes a few minutes." You can leave the page while we work.
Step 3: Download your file
Come back to the product after a few minutes, or refresh the page.
Click "Download upscaled image". The file downloads to your computer.
The button stays on the product, so you can download the file again whenever you need it.
Sometimes your copy is already waiting
If one of your customers has already ordered a print that we made from an upscaled file, the copy exists already. In that case you see "Download upscaled image" straight away, and downloading it does not count towards the limits below.
How often you can upscale
Every upscale is real work for our image service, so there are two limits:
Once for each product. This also applies if you later change the product's image. If you try again, you will see "This product's image has already been upscaled once."
Three products a day. The count covers any 24 hours. When you reach it, you will see "You can upscale 3 images a day. Try again tomorrow."
If something goes wrong on our side, you will see "We could not upscale this image. Write to us and we will look into it." Send us a message and we will help.
Why you might not see the button
We only show "Upscale image" when the upscaler can actually improve your artwork. You will not see it when:
your file is already sharp enough for every size you sell,
the artwork comes from the Art Library, because those pieces are already printed from a full resolution licensed file,
you have already used the upscale on this product.
Your prints do not change
The upscaled copy is for you to download. Clicking "Upscale image" does not change which file we print from, and your original file is never touched.

Without Printumo+
On a free account the button shows a small Printumo+ badge. Clicking it opens a window where you can start a 7-day free trial and try it for yourself. The 3 free AI rebuilds on a free account are for prints and do not include downloads.
