You can change your Printumo Shop name at any time from your shop settings. When you rename your shop, your public URL updates automatically, and any existing links to your old URL will continue to work — they redirect visitors to your new address.
How to rename your shop
Go to your Printumo Shop dashboard
Open Settings and select the Shop Information tab
Scroll to the Change Shop Name section
Type your new shop name in the Shop Name field
A preview of your new URL will appear below the input as you type
Click Update Name to save
Your shop name and URL will update immediately.
What changes when you rename
Your shop URL — your public storefront address changes to
printumo.com/shop/your-new-nameYour Stripe business profile — the storefront URL shown in your Stripe account is updated automatically
Your Stripe statement descriptor — if you were using the default descriptor (based on your shop name), it updates to match the new name
What stays the same
All your products, orders, and settings remain unchanged
Customers who already have your old link are automatically redirected to the new URL — no broken links
Any custom domain you have connected continues to work as before
Shop name requirements
Must be at least 5 characters long
Can only contain letters and spaces (no numbers or special characters)
Must be unique across all Printumo Shops
