Connect my Squarespace store to Printumo

Squarespace is an all-in-one platform for building a beautiful website and online store. By connecting your Squarespace store to Printumo, you can sell custom wall art without holding any inventory: you design the products, and we print and ship every order for you.

To sell products through Squarespace you will need a Squarespace plan that includes commerce features, so you can accept payments and configure shipping at checkout.

⚠️ Important note: once an order comes through from Squarespace to Printumo, please avoid editing the order in Squarespace. Changes made in Squarespace after the order imports to Printumo will not sync, which could cause fulfilment issues.

Step 1: Navigate to Stores

First, log in to your Printumo account. If you don't have one yet, you can create a free account at printumo.com.

1. In Printumo, click on the tab Stores
2. Choose Squarespace from the list of available integrations
3. Click "Connect Squarespace store"

Step 2: Log in to Squarespace and Grant Permissions

You'll be redirected to Squarespace.

1. Log in to your Squarespace account
2. If you have more than one site, select the site you want to connect
3. Review the permissions Printumo needs (access to your products, orders, and inventory) and click Allow

That's it! You'll be sent back to Printumo and your Squarespace store is now connected. 🎉

Note: each Printumo account can be connected to one Squarespace store at a time, and each Squarespace store can only be connected to one Printumo account.

Step 3: Set Up Shipping (Important!)

Squarespace doesn't allow apps to configure shipping rates automatically, so before your store starts receiving orders you need to set up shipping rates in your Squarespace dashboard under Commerce → Shipping. This ensures your customers are charged the correct shipping rates at checkout.

What Happens Next?

Once connected, you can:

• Create custom products in Printumo and publish them to your Squarespace store
• Import your existing Squarespace products and turn them into print-on-demand products
• Receive orders automatically from your Squarespace store in Printumo
• Have orders fulfilled and shipped automatically by Printumo, with tracking sent back to Squarespace
