How to find your order invoice
Finding the invoice for your order on Printumo is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to locate and download your invoice.
Method 1: Through your order confirmation email
Open the order confirmation email you received from Printumo
Click on the "Download Invoice" button in the email
Your invoice will open in a new browser tab or download automatically
Method 2: Through your account dashboard
Log in to your Printumo account
Click Orders in the left menu
Click on the specific order you need the invoice for
Click on the invoice number and a new window will open with your invoice
Method 3: Download several invoices at once
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then click Billing
Find the invoice download section on that page
Choose a date range and download every invoice for that period as a ZIP file
Note: Invoices are typically generated immediately after your order is confirmed. If you can't find your invoice, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
